If so, does your lease allow dogs? Do you have a six foot fenced yard? Is it secured? Can children open it? Can the dog access something to climb over the fence? Can the dog dig under it? Do you have acreage? How much? Will the dog be in the fenced area or allowed to run loose? Can strangers gain access to your yard? Are you aware of distractions outside your yard that will bother the dog? Do you have a dog run? If so, is it a secure place? Do you have a pool? If so, is it fenced and secure? Will the dog be primarily indoors or out? Is your yard cleared of dangerous plants, pesticides and herbicides?
